Tressa Yonekawa and I are feeling that the feminine folks need a weekend to:
- Feel our feet on the mossy forest floor
- Sing around a bonfire
- Drink tea while staring out the window at the trees while they feel the wind
- Eat chocolate and cook together
- Be in a sweet space, where there are no expectations of you
- Read our books by the river
- Co-regulate our nervous systems by laying on the floor and listening to music, both played live and some sacred playlists
- Tune in as you’re called, with Oracle cards, song medicine, books about the power of the feminine force, each other
- Dance if we wanna
- Cry if we wanna
- Rest. Rest. Rest
- Journey inward with the most transformative guided meditations I have ever experienced (Tressa in the moment)
- Walk/breathe/be in the forest
- Create an art project together
This is an unstructured but intentional weekend of nourishment and holding for the beauty that is the feminine.
We aren’t teaching anything here, just gathering and allowing and resting and existing.
Since Shayne walks through the world tuned into nature, hearts and ceremony, some of that will undoubtedly be a thread through the weekend. In the same way that Tressa is an intuitive, and is guided minute to minute to see things as their essence- so that too will be a thread woven through our time together. But our intention with this sweet space is nourishment, feeling held by this sweet container, come as you are chill time with the forest and river as our foundational energetic space holders, and nervous system recalibration, community, sweet soft slowness, remembrance of our sacred nature, and connection as our intentions for the weekend.
Basically, doing what women did traditionally, naturally, intrinsically and essentially, for most of our time our the planet. Rewinding to the times before, rewilding our hearts, bodies and minds, resting and remembering.
